This layout is a scraplift from a tutorial by Jen Gallacher over on 2peas. Although i plan to start a A4 album soon, i havent quite got the nerve, so i stretched her layout to become 12x12. I love the camera paper she used....but i dont own any (yet) so i used my yellow, grey and aqua kit and added some Amy Tan Sketchbook die-cuts to create this page.
I got really stuck on how to create the black frame...i had nothing like this in my stash....when i started the page i thought that maybe it wouldnt need one...but i decided it definaly did need one to make the photo stand out more. So i got a piece of grey card tore it into a frame shape of the right size, and stamped on it with some Amy Tan doily type stamps with black ink, and although i wasnt sure at first, now i really like it.
