A layout that uses inks and stamping and sprays and embossing powder as i wanted to try out my new wheel stamp by Glitz Design. Added a blue doily, scraps of blue papers that i distressed the edges of, along with some silver mirror card die cuts, glitter dots, gems, a flair and translucent arrows.
