This layout was made using just one piece of patterened paper, which was a vertical striped paper from Lucky Charm. I cut all the stripes up, cut them a little shorter and made some v shapes in some of the end. I then ordered them by colour shade and stuck them to a piece of cardstock. I found a piece of vellum in my stash that i have had for years, even before i started scrapbooking, which was coloured on the diagonal, and the colours perfectly matched the paper stripes. I then added the title,, which used a metal 'boy' embellishment which I bought soon after my first son was born...he is now 6...and I have finally used it on this layout which features my third son! I love how this layout turned out.
